The LDB Apprenticeship Program is based on the classic apprenticeship model. Seven dedicated audio enthusiasts who have displayed both a commitment to the science and art of Music Technology, and a strong desire to be successful in the Global Media Entertainment industry, get priceless training and career-related experience by assisting in a variety of music, video, media and live entertainment projects. By participating in these projects apprentices accumulate hours. After completing 180 hours, some apprentices will be offered career opportunities with Lil' Drummaboy Recordings. Others will have prepared themselves for careers with other studios and entertainment companies. The entrepreneurs within the program will undoubtedly start their own audio, video, and/or media-based companies.

"AQUAGROOVE" - A Media & Entertainment Networking Event was a tremendous success!  Featuring three floors of some of Philadlphia's most inspired live entertainment, the most recent installment of this one-of-a-kind, quarterly event took place at Bottom Of The Sea Restaurant, located at 714 South Street.  Live performances included sets by The Final Touch Band (1st floor), DJ PHELAN and DJ JMC (2nd floor), and the LILDRUMMABOY.COM band (3rd floor).  There were also open mic performances by The Urban Shamans, Victor Puentes, Rafael Nunes, Steve Tobin, and more.  The LDB Apprenticeship Program lent a major hand toward the success of "AQUAGROOVE".  Apprentices were involved with live sound engineering, photography, videography, stage and equipment transport, breakdown and set up, and general event hospitality.  Stay tuned for the next installment of "AQUAGROOVE" - coming Spring 2009...
